How do I track my order

Orders are delivered by Fedex. If you are not home when the mats are delivered, Fedex will leave a card and contact details of the local depot.The depot can arrange redelivery of the mats, on a day of your choice.
If you have waited ten days or more for your mats, please email us with your order number and we will be happy to trace the delivery for you.
